Fry one tortilla in some oil until it is crispy and place over one of the bowls that are upside-down. Put a second bowl on top and let everything cool down. Do it similar with a second tortilla. As the taco bowls are cooled off, they retain their shape and can be filled. Fry the beans, corn and spring onions in some oil, season it with taco seasoning and the salsa dip and leave to soak.
Fry the codfish in the remaining oil at low heat, add the shrimp and let it all cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the avocado and dice the meat. Mix all components carefully, sprinkle them with lime juice and fill in the taco bowls that are again slightly heated.
