Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning and add some olive oil to fry the breasts well at medium heat (about 10-15 minutes). Set aside and keep it warm.
Fry the tomatoes and the zucchini in the same pan with the remaining oil, season it with some taco seasoning and salsa dip and add some jalapeño slices, depending on the desired spiciness. Cook everything at a low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Heat the chia wraps in the microwave or a pan. Slice the chicken breasts and arrange the chicken on the vegetables with the balsamic cream. Serve with radishes and celery leaves.
