Bacon · White and red beans
For 4 people you need:
of Antica Cantina Tortilla Chips
of Antica Cantina Hot Salsa Dip
of Antica Cantina Taco Seasoning Mix
of Antica Cantina Jalapeño Slices
of kidney beans
of white beans
small cos lettuce, cleaned, cut into leaves
red pepper, pitted and cut into strips
Drain the beans, season with Taco Seasoning Mix, add the hot salsa dip and heat everything until it simmers gently.
Fry the pepper strips and add them to the beans afterwards. Fry the bacon in the same pan.
Put a few lettuce leaves on each plate, put the beans and bacon on top and serve with chips. If desired, add boiled eggs that are fried in oil.
