Fry the wraps crispy in some olive oil, then put one each of the red and orange wrap individually on an oval plate - as shown in the photo. Fix the upstanding halves with a toothpick.
Add the lettuce leaves and one tablespoon of the cheese dip to both halves. Then spread the chicken breast (cut into strips) on the red wrap. Spread the salmon and the shrimp on the orange wrap. Sprinkle the vegetables over both wraps and sprinkle them with some lemon juice. Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
