For 2 persons (4 wraps) you need:

    Garden Wraps Tortillas with beetroot

  • 2

    Garden Wraps Tortillas with carrots

  • 200 g

    of hummus

  • 200 g

    of sour cream

  • 4

    carrots, peeled and cooked

  • 1

    sweet potato, cooked and peeled

  • 1

    beetroot, boiled and peeled

  • 100 g

    of baby spinach leaves

  • 2

    eggs

  • salt, pepper, nutmeg

  • 2

    slices of cooked ham

  • 2 tbsp

    of roasted peanuts

  • 2 tbsp

    tablespoons of red grapes, halved

  • some cress

Preparation:

Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and fry two flat omelettes out of it. Now, heat the wraps in the pan.

Then spread hummus genereously on the red wraps generously and sprinkle the wraps with the baby spinach, eggs and vegetables. Then add the sour cream on the orange wrap, add spinach, ham and vegetables.

Roll it all together, cut the rolls into pieces and sprinkle them with the grapes, nuts and cress.
