• Mini Naan

    potatoes and cucumber Raita

For 2 persons you need:

  • 1 package

    Indian Delight Mini Naan bread

For the cucumber Raita you need:

  • 150 g

    of yoghurt

  • 4 tablespoons

    of cucumber, sliced in dices

  • 1 tablespoon

    of chopped mint leaves

  • (Olive) oil, salt, pepper

For the filling you need:

  • 250 g

    of potatoes

  • 1

    onion, finely diced

  • 2

    cloves of garlic, diced

  • 1 tsp

    of coriander powder

  • 1 tsp

    of cumin, milled

  • 1/2 tsp

    of chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp

    of tomato paste

  • 150 g

    of leaf spinach, refrigerated

  • some vegetables broth

  • 3-4 tbsp

    of oil




For the Raita, mix the ingredients and place them cool. Peel and dice the potatoes, cook them in salted water and then drain the water.

Heat the oil in a pan. Steam the garlic and the onions in it. Add the spices and steam it for a short time as well. Add the potatoes with the tomato paste and leaf spinach. Heat everything with stirring.

Sprinkle the Indian Delight Mini Naan bread with some oil and heat it in a preheated oven (200°C) for 4-5 minutes.

Cut a bag on the side, fill the loaves with the vegetables and serve them with the cooled Raita.
